This smoothie i use for Breakfast, but its great for packing on a little mass, or recovery after a real intense workout.

Ingredients Needed

  1. 1 Just put the liquid and ice first
  2. 2 then the 4 Lg Egg Whites
  3. 3 then the Peanut Butter and Banana
  4. 4 then the powders
  5. 5 add water to desired consistency (If needed)
  6. 6 It just about fills the ON Shaker Cup
