Peanut Butter Bliss

Peanut butter balls in a chocolate, caramel and toffee flavored "pudding".

Ingredients Needed

Directions

  1. 1 Fill 2 Tablespoons with peanut butter. If its not moldable, set them in freezer until it gets rigid and can hold a shape. Separate each tablespoon of peanut butter into 4ths and roll them into balls (makes 8 balls total). Set balls in freezer.
  2. 2 Combine casien and whey proteins in a small 8 oz cup.
  3. 3 Add skim milk and stir well.
  4. 4 Set in freezer for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Do not allow the mixture to freeze.
  5. 5 Insert the peanut butter balls one at a time into pudding mixture, pushing them in with your finger. Do not stir.
  6. 6 Let set in refigerator until ready to eat.

Other Notes

As the "pudding" mixture get colder, it will get thicker and creamier. Do not allow it to freeze, though.
