Whey Berry Smoothie

A smoothie that boosts muscle and immunity.

Ingredients Needed

Directions

  1. 1 In a blender add 8-10 oz. of fat free milk,
  2. 2 40 grams of 100% whey protein powder,
  3. 3 half a banana,
  4. 4 half a pomagranate,
  5. 5 and a handful of blueberries.
  6. 6 Mix until all ingredients are broken down to a good consitency,
  7. 7 pour in a glass or shaker cup and enjoy!

Other Notes

For post workout you can use 20 grams of 100% whey, and 20 grams of casien.
