First of all you will need to fill the blender with 8oz of whole milk and 8oz of water, then add 2 scoops of whey (1 1/2 of 100% gold and 1/2 of the new hydrowhey) by doing these you will have the perfect amount of protein containing the new hydrolyzed peptides and a small amount of BCAA's which makes it a perfect pre or post workout smoothie.
