A Smoothie for Every Purpose

You recognize the muscle-building support that protein shakes provide. But there's more than one way to enjoy a great-tasting recovery drink. In fact, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. This web site and the accompanying downloadable e-book will provide you with all the information you need to jack the performance of any protein ON produces, whether your goal is a broader amino acid profile, putting more fiber in your diet, eating the recommended 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day, replenishing spent glycogen stores, or all of the above. You'll be treating yourself to some terrific new tastes at the same time.

Check out the recipes we've loaded into our Protein Smoothie database and add some of your own creations. You can search by ingredients, protein products, texture, taste and other attributes. Feel free to fine-tune any recipe to better suit your own particular tastes. Then make a point of stopping back often to see what's been added to the lineup.

A Smoothie for Every Purpose

Q: What does the asterisk next to some ingredients in a recipe mean?

A: Some recipes have ingredients that our system doesn't currently have nutrition information for; those items are highlighted with a slightly lighter color and have an asterisk next to them. Since we couldn't gather the nutritional information for these items, they have been left out of the Nutritional Profile for that recipe.

Q: How accurate is the nutritional information supplied for a recipe?

A: The nutritional profile of a recipe is estimated using data from the USDA database and other sources. Data will vary slightly depending on the types of ingredients used. Ingredients missing from our database are not calculated in the overall nutritional information of a given recipe.

Q: If I submit a smoothie recipe, do I have to upload a photo for it?

A: No. Although we encourage users to upload a picture of their smoothie along with their recipe, it is not required.

Q: Do any of your vegetarian recipes contain ingredients that come from animals? (ex. milk, eggs, cheese)?

A: Yes. Some recipes in the vegitarian category do.
